Use descriptive notes, not addresses, document contents, links or access codes. Analysis content and Mover Checker values are not automatically imported. Only a JSON file you explicitly choose can transfer a pack here.

Record the source name, when you checked it and what you observed. A note is your observation, not a verification or endorsement. Check current official records separately.

Document states

Record a neutral state and an optional local label such as “blue folder.” Keep documents separately; this tool does not upload or retrieve them. Local references are omitted from printouts.

JSON files contain your full pack, including local document labels. Printouts omit those labels and contain only the planning fields above. Check every export before sharing. Reset does not delete exported files or printouts.

Turn open questions into written answers

Ask each mover what is included, what may change, and which documents will record the agreed terms. Keep original documents separately. Use the moving estimate checklist for more prompts, or find official moving regulators for the rules and records relevant to your move.
