Photos are prepared on this device before upload. Large images are compressed, HEIC and HEIF photos are converted to JPEG, and embedded photo metadata is removed. Allow up to 12 MB combined after photo preparation; PDFs are unchanged.
Files are sent only after you start the private scan. They stay in private, access-controlled storage, expire automatically after seven days, and can be permanently deleted sooner from your private link.
